If you want to know what's the difference between a good 5star hotel and a Park Hyatt. One of the best examples is the service by the pool. In a good 5star hotel, the attendant may serve you cold water. In Park Hyatt, they serve you cold water, cold towels, chill grapes, even sunblock lotion, and facial spray.
