In World of Greenland's newest lodge we'll take you all the way out to a winter scenery as you haven't experienced it before. Tall snowy hills surround you, and the northern lights dance about the dark sky in spectacular green and red. Try spending a night in the tundra like the innuits have done, in proper igloos made of snow, and you'll enjoy a tour you won't forget very soon.
We embark from World of Greenland's office in the center of Ilulissat. From there you take a ride through the countryside on a snowmobile , during which there will be fantastic vistas of Ilulissat and the whole Disko Bay area. Upon arrival at Igloo Lodge you'll be welcomed with steaming warm coffee by the lodge's manager, who will introduce you to the schedule of the memorable next 24 hours.
The Igloo Lodge is made up of 6 spacious igloos, each with room for 2 persons. The igloos are readily furnished with sheepskin, warm sleeping bags, as well as candles to make your stay in the igloo warm and cozy. This combination of a good layer underneath with the warm winter sleeping bags, along with the fantastic insulating function of the igloos themselves, make it possible for you to stay overnight at one with nature. Even while it may be 30 degrees centigrade below freezing outside, you can lie snug and warm inside the igloo. Our cozily heated wooden beam hut is the centerpiece of it all and it is here we enjoy our meals. The wooden hut also houses a dry toilet.

Kangerlussuaq Hotel in Kangerlussuaq Greenland is the only hotel that has a private bathroom in the rooms in Kangerlussuaq Greenland. It is located on the second floor at Kangerlussuaq Airport.
The hotel used to be a U.S. Military Air Force Base from 1941 to 1992. Kangerlussuaq Airport is the International Hub in Greenland and it has a cafeteria and restaurant. The cafeteria offers free breakfast for people who stay at Kangerlussuaq Hotel.

If you are watching this video then you are either planning a trip to Turkey or have already booked one ... either way i genuinely dont think you will be disappointed with your choice.
In this video we will be giving you a guided tour of the whole of this 4 star all inclusive resort inclduing rooms and giving you our honest verdict.
The Hotel Greenland is situated on a hillside in Ovacik very close to the seaside town of Oludeniz, famous for its crystal clear blue lagoon. Hisaronu is also a beautiful local village overlooked by the Babadag mountain.
Transfer time from Dalaman airport by coach is around about and hour and local attractions include the Babadag mountain cable cars, hisoronu market and the koyokoy ghost town.
My wife and i have visited turkey every year for the past 10 years as a cheap and cheerful 'in the sunshine' getaway
Lets take a look then around the resort, checking out the two large outdoor swimming pools, the many bars and the popular buffet restaurant.
The hotel itself has 160 rooms spread across 7 different buildings with options for twin, double and family sized rooms. My wife and i stayed in a double room which you will see later, which was compact but functional. All rooms are en suite and come with their own balcony, fridge, safe and air conditions

Hotel Ilulissat in Greenland is located in the heart of Ilulissat city, which means that everything you will ever need is just around the corner. The supermarkets, the restaurants, and the tourist information office are just a few-minute walk. The Icefjord is about a 15-minute walk.
At the top of the hotel, you will find the breakfast area on the Rooftop that offers a panoramic view of Ilulissat Icefjord as well as the town of Ilulissat, while enjoying your full breakfast, lunch, dinner, or maybe just a cup of coffee and a small cake. The lobby has calming music and you can buy a beer or coffee to sit and relax.
The hotel offers a free airport shuttle ride. You will have to call the hotel the night before your arrival to give them your flight information so that they pick you up at the airport. They can also drop you off at the airport after you check out.
Hotel Ilulissat is part of Best Western Plus.
