Situated in the historic center of Copenhagen, just behind the Nyhavn Canal, guests are a stroll away from the royal residences of Amalienborg Palace, the old stage of the Royal Theatre, Christiansborg Palace, and the Royal Danish Opera. The crowning glory is a fabulous rooftop conservatory set to become the town's social magnet for those in the know. The Sanders' bedroom design has been pleasingly determined by the building, a bespoke mantra in furnishings that makes each of the seven hotel categories feel utterly distinctive. Dining at Sanders is a deliberately casual affair of total deliciousness. Opting for a more convivial menu of deli heritage, you can grab a light bite as much as a hearty twist on Copenhagen's classic table stars.

Sanders Kitchen brings you classic dishes from all over the world, beautifully created with local organic produce and served in the comfortable, homey residence. The carefully curated wine selection has been chosen from favorite winemakers and vineyards to satisfy various palates. You can enjoy the food in the Kitchen, under the stars at the Roof Terrace, or in front of a fireplace on the outdoor terrace. Pair it with drinks from TATA and their own beer or some of the handpicked treasures from the wine cellar.

''Tata Cocktail Bar'' - Since 1932, the historic Royal Danish Theatre has had a performer whose name and importance is known only to the performers; the red velvet curtain Tata. Every night she sets the stage for the shows at the theatre and is an homage to that. The cocktail bar is named after her. Tata's cocktail bar will provide a backdrop to the guests, just like the luxurious velvet curtain does for the theatre performers. Like at the theatre, TATA will create a space with vintage charm that feels intimate and seductive, comfortable and playful. The menu features classic cocktails that have stood the test of time, served by bartenders who know their trade. In fact, they know it so well that they will surprise you with unexpected twists on the classics. In addition, a small selection of handpicked wines, bar snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and their own beers are available.

The lovely glass-covered Roof Terrace on the fifth floor with a tranquil atmosphere and nothing but blue sky above you. A trendy scene due to its impeccable location and natural light. A preferred choice for private events and celebrations.

The Courtyard is thoughtfully decorated with greenery and hand-picked furniture, creating an inviting oasis in the heart of Sanders. This inner sanctuary is covered during the colder months, and in the summer, you can enjoy the oasis in the open air.
