Where to stay in Quito Ecuador

The best neighborhood to stay is the old town which is a very charming part of town. I stayed at a Reina Isabel hotel Which I do not recommend, I had the worst experience here, this hotel is not safe for a female solo traveler I will explain why it is not safe.
