Swiss-Belinn Kristal Hotel is not Kupang's best. But it is a very comfortable hotel with 139 guest rooms which overlook Kupang Bay. Fronting a horrendously noisy street, the hotel atones for that with the nicest and warmest staff who bend over backwards for the few foreigners who visit.
