Guinea-Bissau's transitional president appointed members of the new cabinet on Saturday. The 28-member cabinet will guide the country through a planned one-year transition. Meanwhile, ousted President Umaro Sissoco Embalo has arrived in Brazzaville in the Republic of the Congo.
