Le 1er juillet 2025, le ministre du Tourisme, Pascal Ogowe Siffon, a procédé à l’inauguration du Bantu Hôtel, un établissement qui allie élégance contemporaine et identité traditionnelle.

Implanté dans le quartier Glass, cet hôtel boutique ne se contente pas d’offrir un hébergement de standing. Il ambitionne de devenir un véritable ambassadeur de l’art de vivre gabonais. Conçu dans la continuité du célèbre Restaurant Bantu, ouvert en 2018, le Bantu Hôtel s’impose comme un lieu de convergence entre mémoire culturelle, artisanat local et accueil sur mesure.

À travers ses vingt chambres au design inspiré — de la « Mukudji » à la suite « Éléphant » — le Bantu Hôtel met en lumière l’univers des peuples du Gabon. Chaque détail, du mobilier aux ornements muraux, raconte une histoire, fruit du travail d’artisans nationaux reconnus, dont les pyrograveurs de Montana et les créateurs de meubles de MBA. Ce positionnement artistique fort place le séjour au Bantu sous le signe de l’immersion culturelle.

Mais l’expérience ne s’arrête pas là.
