Commentaires : Le prix des hotels au Congo Brazzaville est très élevé et parfois non justifié. Tout comme on l'a vu pour le Radisson, Palm Beach... le prix d'une nuit est aussi chère si ce n'est pas parfois même le double que dans une grande ville occidentale offrant plus d'activités et de services autour du même hotel. Cela donne des idées, il y a beaucoup de choses à mettre en place pour bousculer ce mini monopole qui permets à ces hotels d'afficher des prix surélevés par rapport à la réalité du terrain.

Commentaires : Le prix des hotels au Congo Brazzaville est très élevé et souvent non justifié comme je l'ai dis plusieurs fois. Bien que l'environnement soit apaisant et agréable, l'hotel ci est assez vieux et ne justifie en aucun cas 120euros par nuitée. Quels éléments justifient ce prix aussi haut? C'est assez surprenant. C'est cependant, il me semble, l'hotel le moins chère disponible toujours en activité dans ce quartier là (il ya la Villa Madiba qui propose des chambres mais à partir de 150K FCFA (225 euros par nuit).
Comment la diaspora se loge au Congo?
Cela donne des idées, il y a beaucoup de choses à mettre en place pour bousculer ce mini monopole qui permets à ces hotels d'afficher des prix surélevés par rapport à la réalité du terrain.
